Hi I am a Gnome collector. In Townsville Queensland, I have about 300 gnomes that share my garden with lots of animals. I have made in to a fairytale garden . Should anyone come up this way to Queensland feel free to drop in to 77 railway avenue Railway Estate Townsville. The
I live in Fairfield Pa and I have 400 ghomes I have them around my house and I built things to go with them I have them on swing set slide boat in water and outhouse with one sitting in it a barn little houses . I love my ghomes also one in a tent so day I would love to go to ghomesville.
On the 5th of Oct 2024 we set out on our journey south to Gnomesville with Big Shorty and his mates, a journey to provide a new home for them. A trip that was not without hiccups, half hour into the journey i realised i had forgotten 3 of the concrete stands for some of the gnomes to stand on other than the large one seen in photos, the 3 others i had made several months ago and were sitting in our alcove waiting for our trip, plus i also forgot my camera, shesh age related i hope not….anyway daughters phone was to be our camera and the stands will get a 2nd chance next time we visit, We pulled into the Parking Lot and straight away i spied a great spot right in front of our car which later when we had settled in our gnomes was proven with each new arriving car the visitors made big shorty their 1St port of call, so am posting the photos taken not just of big shorty and the gang but a selection of other residents ….. ps tried to post to facebook but there is no way to post have left comment and pics in the news article
